The Organisation is run with a wide variety of posts, from full time to a few hours a week and from front line care workers to fully qualified professional managers – we consider all to be equally valuable and we enjoy the diversity created by the mix of skills and knowledge that we all bring to the Organisation.

We currently look after 130 employees and just under a hundred volunteers. We are a pro-active team and we enjoy our work and value our colleagues and service users.
