The Service is managed by a Full Time Service Manager, with two Part Time Assistants. Most of the trading activity is carried out from the Baneswell Road, Newport office. Days and Times The Service operates Monday to Friday from 9.00 until 5.00 pm [4.30 on Fridays]. The office is open Monday to Friday from 9.00 until 5.00 pm [4.30 on Fridays]. Charges There is no charge for all necessary help with applications forms, claim forms and guidance. The cost of each product varies depending upon requirements. Accessibility to disabled Wheelchair access is possible with care at Baneswell. Age Concern Gwent is an Appointed Representative of Age Concern Enterprises Limited, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for Insurance mediation. |
